"I have been coming to Fresno since 1988, with my husband Bags, the Vice President (at that time) of the East Bay Dragons M/C, of Oakland. When I first met Peggy Day, and the Fresno H.D. Staff, they treated us, and made us feel like family! If, Bags, thought he needed his bike serviced, he, and a lot of his clubmembers, would come to Fresno, or wait until the E.D.B. M/C Run in March, May or Oct., and have it done in Fresno, instead of Oakland, because Fresno H.D. always gave you "VIP Treatment, and did Excellent Work!", and that was a special & wonderful feeling, to know, especially when you were traveling! Unfortuately, on 9/26/99, my husband Bags & I were in a fatal motorcycle accident coming from "Street Vibration" in Reno, and we were in the hospital for two weeks until he died. But since then, I always come to Fresno with the East Bay Dragons on their March, May & October Runs. I always call Peggy Day, and some of her staff members on their birthdays. She was able to get us in and out in no time, while that other dealership told us 3 days. "Fresno HD fixed my bike on a warranty issue when the HD dealer who sold me the bike would not and HD customer service was agreeing with dealer. Since then, all of my services and purchases are at Fresno HD. Their staff is professional, friendly, and very well trained.
