"Howdy and thanks ladies of Harley. I was in town on business and stopped by your place of business on my way out of town. You should be proud of your store. I was amazed at the friendliness of your staff. I wish I could bring my girls down from TX and have you girls teach them a thing or two about customer service. My business partner bought a shirt and he was please with the selection and also with the girls you had working. Please forgive me if I do not get the names spelled correctly-Keri and Renee. They were full of smiles and laughs and were not lost for words. We felt truly welcomed.
Thank you for a great expierence. I look forward to our next visit this summer.

"I want to thank Harley Davidson of Fresno (Service Department) for taking care of my bike. I just got back from a 1,700-mile ride and the bike was very,very dirty and needed a 5000 mile service. I came in to make an appointment and Gary said why don’t you bring it on Saturday. I said the bike was to dirty and Gary convinced me to clean it after the service because they do a quick wash after the service. I want to tell you when I picked up the bike it looked as good as if it were brand new. The guys that cleaned it did an outstanding job and the service of my bike is excellent. Everyone can relate when service goes bad, but in this case the service was excellent. Thanks to all the people that make it possible for me to ride the crap out of my bike, so to speak. Thanks again Rick, Gary and Ronda for getting my bike ready for the next ride, and to the guys that work on my bike in the back you need a raise. Well lets face it we all need a raise!!! When I walked in the door the AC was wonderful, the bikes were beautiful and the young lady that addressed me was very outgoing and friendly. Your store is beautiful and employees are great. "I have been coming to Fresno since 1988, with my husband Bags, the Vice President (at that time) of the East Bay Dragons M/C, of Oakland. When I first met Peggy Day, and the Fresno H.D. Staff, they treated us, and made us feel like family! If, Bags, thought he needed his bike serviced, he, and a lot of his clubmembers, would come to Fresno, or wait until the E.D.B. M/C Run in March, May or Oct., and have it done in Fresno, instead of Oakland, because Fresno H.D. always gave you "VIP Treatment, and did Excellent Work!", and that was a special & wonderful feeling, to know, especially when you were traveling! Unfortuately, on 9/26/99, my husband Bags & I were in a fatal motorcycle accident coming from "Street Vibration" in Reno, and we were in the hospital for two weeks until he died. But since then, I always come to Fresno with the East Bay Dragons on their March, May & October Runs. I always call Peggy Day, and some of her staff members on their birthdays. She was able to get us in and out in no time, while that other dealership told us 3 days. "Fresno HD fixed my bike on a warranty issue when the HD dealer who sold me the bike would not and HD customer service was agreeing with dealer. Since then, all of my services and purchases are at Fresno HD. Their staff is professional, friendly, and very well trained.
